About Ragnacci's

Stumbling into Ragnacci's on an unsuspecting weekday evening turned into quite the culinary adventure! Nestled snugly at 507 S Blakely St, Dunmore, right in the heart of Pennsylvania, this charming little gem of a restaurant offers a warm, inviting atmosphere that's as comforting as a hug from an old friend. Stepping inside, the delectable aroma of Italian spices and freshly baked bread instantly whets the appetite, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience.

The menu at Ragnacci's is a delightful mix of tradition and innovation, balancing timeless Italian classics with a touch of contemporary flair. Offering everything from luscious pasta dishes to perfectly seared steaks, they manage to cater to both classic palates and adventurous eaters. A must-try and arguably a crowd favorite is their signature Fettuccine Alfredo, creamy yet perfectly balanced with just the right hint of garlic. Their Margherita pizza, with its fresh basil and perfectly melted mozzarella, transports taste buds straight to Naples with each bite.

For those with a taste for the sea, the seafood risotto is simply mouthwatering, each grain of rice soaked in a divine medley of flavors from the ocean. Vegetarian options are equally tempting, with the Eggplant Parmesan standing out; it hits all the right notes without overpowering the more delicate flavors. The dessert menu, though concise, doesn't disappoint. The Tiramisu, with its light mascarpone and espresso-soaked ladyfingers, makes for a perfect, sweet ending.

Many patrons rave about the attentive service and the altogether cozy ambiance that Ragnacci's effortlessly exudes. It's this blend of impeccable service and delightful cuisine that has cemented its reputation as a must-visit spot in Dunmore. With mostly glowing reviews, diners frequently emphasize how the food feels like a private invitation to an Italian kitchen, where the secret ingredient is always a lot of heart.

However, don't be surprised if there's a bit of a wait on weekends. The popularity can make getting a table a bit of a challenge, but with the promise of a stellar meal waiting, the anticipation only adds to the excitement. It's evident that the welcoming location and dedication to quality make Ragnacci's not just a restaurant, but a dining destination well worth seeking out. So, next time the craving for authentic Italian cuisine strikes, wandering over to Ragnacci's might just be the perfect plan.

We’ve been coming to Ragnacci’s since I was a kid and the food never changed, it’s amazing. Tuesday is there lobster night and my mom loved it. Their Chicken Parmesan is my go too and you always get so much that you can take some home for the next day. A little pricey so we only go for birthdays and other events but it’s well worth it.

This a cute little restaurant. It is very small which makes a bit cramped for seating. Food was absolutely delicious!! Homemade pasta & sauce. The portions are huge! We had leftovers to enjoy the next day. Salad bar was ok. However, the soup was amazing!! You can tell the food is homemade. Wait staff is friendly. Prices were fair as you got soup & salad with most of the meals. They also have a bar with seating. There are lots of appetizers to choose from. Along with many daily specials. Highly recommend you should stop by.

If you're looking for an old school Italian food experience, Ragnacci's is the spot!! Great ambiance, great service which was very attentive and homemade, delicious food!! We stopped in for dinner after an afternoon of Christmas shopping, the Christmas margarita was perfect! We shared the Lobster ravioli and Tempura shrimp appetizers, both which were very flavorful. For my entrée I got the filet and crab cake dinner and hubby got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. The filet was the perfect temp, and you could definitely tell the crab cake was fresh made!! The fettuccine noodles were also homemade and the sauce was the perfect texture and creaminess, with the chicken done just right!! Each entrée came with soup & salad, the soup was ham and bean (not pictured) and the shared tossed salad had the most delicious house dressing: white wine Vinegrette (I could have drank it from a glass lol) The fresh bread basket was warm and yummy too!! Highly recommend visiting Ragnacci's for your next night out, but wear your stretchy pants cause the portions are huge....they feed you like an traditional Italian grandma would!!

Haven’t been to Ragnacci’s in years but I was glad to find the sauce tasted just as good as I remembered! Many seafood entrees, entrees with salad bar and desserts were all really good!

Ragnacci's is a blessing in this overly inflationary world! So much yummy food at incredible budget saving prices! We are also blessed that they do not snub you when you show up without a reservation or at the end of the night! So many restaurants could take a page from their book! You will not be disappointed and you will put them on your FAVORITES list!!! 🙏💙 Ann Marie is super friendly! 😄
